What is VendLog?
VendLog is a route book and profit tracker for independent vending machine operators, on iPhone and iPad. You log each service visit — cash, cashless, refunds, float, meter reading, restocks and stales — and VendLog shows what each machine really earns.
Does VendLog connect to my machines or card readers?
No. VendLog needs no hardware and no telemetry: it does not connect to your machines, card readers, payment processors or bank. You enter what you count at the machine, and product figures are based on the units you restock, not on sales read from the machine.
Is VendLog free?
VendLog is free to download and free for up to 3 machines, with visit logging, basic per-machine profit, expenses, visit reminders, the Face ID lock, widgets and iCloud sync. VendLog Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that adds unlimited machines, location commission, sales-tax provision, commission statements, analytics, ROI and payback, routes, picklists, the prospect pipeline, the mileage log, CSV and PDF exports, and accent themes. There is no subscription.
Does VendLog sync between devices?
Yes, optionally and for free. iCloud sync is off by default; when you turn it on, your VendLog data syncs through your own iCloud account. The developer has no access to your iCloud account or your synced data.
Which devices and languages does VendLog support?
VendLog runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later, in English and French. On iPad it uses a sidebar layout made for the larger screen.
