Poker Tracker - Session Log ("the App") is developed by Alex Masure, an independent developer based in France. Your privacy is important. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is handled.
1. Data Collection
The App stores all data locally on your device. If you are signed into iCloud, your data may be synced across your devices using Apple's CloudKit framework. This sync is handled entirely by Apple through your personal iCloud account. The developer does not have access to your synced data. No data is sent to any third-party server, analytics platform, or advertising service.
2. Data Storage
Your session data is stored on-device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If iCloud is enabled on your device, your data is also synced to your personal iCloud account via CloudKit. The App stores your currency preference and favorite venues using Apple's UserDefaults system. If you delete the App, local data is permanently erased. Synced data may remain in your iCloud account until you delete it manually.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Pro") processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. All transactions are handled by Apple's StoreKit framework.
4. Analytics & Tracking
The App does not use any analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking SDKs. There are no cookies, no fingerprinting, no telemetry of any kind.
5. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party services. The only external interactions are with Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases and Apple's CloudKit for iCloud sync.
6. Advertising
The App contains no advertising.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
8. iCloud Sync
The App uses Apple's CloudKit framework to sync your data across your devices via your personal iCloud account. This sync happens automatically if you are signed into iCloud. The developer cannot access, read, or modify your synced data. You can disable iCloud sync for the App in your device's Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
