Privacy Policy — Poker Tracker - Session Log

1. Data Collection

The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you enter — poker sessions, venues, stats, preferences — is stored locally on your device only.

No data is sent to any server, cloud service, analytics platform, or third party.

2. Data Storage

Your session data is stored on-device using Apple's SwiftData framework. The App stores your currency preference and favorite venues using Apple's standard UserDefaults system.

If you delete the App, all your data is permanently erased from your device.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Pro") processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. All transactions are handled by Apple's StoreKit framework.

4. Analytics & Tracking

The App does not use any analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking SDKs. There are no cookies, no fingerprinting, no telemetry of any kind.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. The only external interaction is with Apple's StoreKit for processing in-app purchases.

6. Advertising

The App contains no advertising.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. iCloud Sync (Future)

A future version of the App may include optional iCloud sync functionality. If implemented, data would be synced through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. The developer would not have access to your synced data. This policy will be updated before any such feature is released.
