Privacy Policy — BetLog — Bet Tracker & Stats

1. Data Collection

BetLog does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data you enter in the Application (bets, results, statistics, ticket images, bankroll data) is stored locally on your device in a SwiftData database.

If you enable iCloud Sync (Pro feature), your data is synchronized via your personal iCloud account, managed directly by Apple. We have no access to your iCloud account or your synced data.

2. Betting Data

The information you enter regarding your sports bets (events, odds, stakes, results, bookmakers, notes, tags) is stored exclusively on your device. This data is never sent to our servers or shared with any third parties, including bookmakers or betting companies.

3. OCR Ticket Scanning

The OCR scanning feature uses Apple's Vision framework to extract text from images of betting tickets. This processing is performed entirely on your device (on-device). No images or extracted text are sent to any external server. Ticket images you choose to keep are stored locally within the Application's database.

4. In-App Purchases

BetLog offers a single non-consumable in-app purchase to unlock Pro features. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple through the StoreKit system. We do not collect or store any payment information.

5. Analytics and Tracking

BetLog does not integrate any third-party analytics SDK (no Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, or equivalent). We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any other tracking technology. We collect no usage data, no performance metrics, and no advertising identifiers.

6. Advertising

BetLog contains no advertisements. We do not integrate any advertising SDK and do not share any data with advertising networks.

7. Biometric Protection

BetLog offers an optional Face ID or Touch ID lock. Biometric authentication is handled by the iOS operating system via the LocalAuthentication framework. No biometric data is accessible to or stored by the Application.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any of your data with third parties. The CSV export feature allows you to export your own data for personal use. This file is generated locally on your device.

9. Children's Data

BetLog is not intended for persons under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. The Application is rated 17+ due to its association with sports betting tracking.

10. Data Security

Your data is stored locally on your device and protected by iOS's built-in security mechanisms, including device encryption and, if enabled, the Application's biometric lock. If iCloud Sync is enabled, your data in transit and at rest is protected by Apple's encryption.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
