Last updated: August 4, 2026
By downloading, installing, or using Suspect: Hidden Detective ("the App"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Apple Standard EULA
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate written agreement applies.

2. Description of the App
Suspect: Hidden Detective is a pixel-art observation game: find a hidden suspect in a crowd from clues, within 60 seconds.
The App is provided for entertainment purposes only. Characters and "cases" are entirely fictional and randomly generated; any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental.
3. Advertisements
The free version displays ads via Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads and spaced interstitial ads between rounds.
You agree not to abuse, click-fraud, or otherwise manipulate the advertising system.
4. Suspect Pro
The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase called "Suspect Pro" that permanently removes all ads and unlocks unlimited lives. There are no subscriptions.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and can be restored via Restore Purchases. Refunds and billing issues are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
The price is displayed in the App and may vary by region.
5. User Data
Game progress is stored locally on your device only. There is no account and no cloud recovery.
Deleting the App deletes your local progress permanently. The developer cannot restore it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful personal entertainment.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, modify, disrupt, or misuse the App, including advertising fraud.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or operating system version.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of progress or data.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the last updated date above.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of France.
