Terms of Use — Poker Tracker - Session Log

By downloading, installing, or using Poker Tracker - Session Log ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the App
Poker Tracker - Session Log is a personal poker session tracking tool. It allows users to log cash game and tournament sessions, view performance statistics, and track their bankroll over time. The App is designed for personal, recreational use.
2. License
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Pro") that unlocks additional features. This purchase is final and processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies.
The Pro upgrade is a one-time payment — there are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
4. User Data
All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. The developer has no access to your data.
If you delete the App, all stored data will be permanently lost. The developer is not responsible for any data loss resulting from app deletion, device failure, or any other cause.
5. Not Financial or Gambling Advice
The App is a tracking and logging tool only. It does not provide financial advice, gambling advice, poker strategy, or any form of recommendation. The statistics and calculations provided are for informational purposes only.
The developer is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the App.
6. No Gambling Functionality
The App does not facilitate, enable, or connect to any form of online or real-money gambling. It is a passive record-keeping tool for tracking sessions played elsewhere.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — personal tracking of poker sessions. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any financial losses.
10. Changes to These Terms
The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through an update to this page.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of France.
