These terms of use govern the use of the MyEdge Trading Journal application ("the App") developed by Alex Masure.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading and using the App, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of service
MyEdge is a trading journal that allows you to log trades, track performance statistics, and analyze your trading psychology. The App is available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
The App does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All trading decisions are your sole responsibility.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers a free version with limited features (30 trades per month, 1 account) and a Premium version accessible via a one-time purchase.
The Premium purchase is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It is subject to Apple's purchase terms. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policy.
4. User data
All your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any data loss.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its source code, design, and content are the property of Alex Masure. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the App will be free of errors or interruptions. In no event shall we be liable for financial losses resulting from the use of the App.
The App is not a financial advisory tool. Statistics and analyses provided are for informational purposes only.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
