These terms of use govern your use of the MoodPixel application. By downloading and using the app, you accept these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using MoodPixel, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the application.

MoodPixel is an iOS mood tracking application that allows you to record your daily emotional state, visualize your data and identify trends.

The app is NOT a medical tool. It does not replace consultation with a mental health professional in any way.

MoodPixel is a personal tracking tool and provides no diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.

If you are going through a difficult period or experiencing psychological distress, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

In case of emergency, contact your country's emergency services (911 in the US, 112 in EU, 999 in UK).

MoodPixel offers a one-time lifetime purchase 'MoodPixel Pro' that unlocks all premium features.

All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their policies.

For any refund request, contact Apple support directly: reportaproblem.apple.com

MoodPixel, its design, its original illustrations ('Pixel Soft' faces) and its code are the property of Alex Masure (Lexa).

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited.

You retain full ownership of your personal data and photos.

The application is provided 'as is' without any warranty.

The developer cannot be held responsible for any data loss. It is your responsibility to regularly back up your data via iCloud or CSV export.

The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or bug-free operation of the application.

The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the application at any time.

Features may evolve with updates.

These terms may be updated. The date of last update is indicated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute is under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
