Terms of Use — HabitForge - Habit Tracker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HabitForge, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HabitForge on your Apple devices.

This license does not authorize you to modify, distribute, sell, or use the application for commercial purposes.

3. In-App Purchase — HabitForge Pro

HabitForge Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase priced at $4.99 (or local equivalent). This is a one-time purchase with no subscription or recurring fees.

The purchase is final and non-refundable, except as provided by Apple's refund policy.

Family Sharing is enabled — up to 6 members of your family group can benefit from Pro at no additional cost.

If you change devices or reinstall the app, use 'Restore Purchase' in the app settings.

4. Intellectual Property

HabitForge, its name, icon, design, and source code are the exclusive property of Alex Masure. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

HabitForge is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or continuously available.

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from hardware failure, an iOS update, or any other circumstance beyond our control.

HabitForge is a personal tracking tool. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or health advice.

6. Changes to the Application

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue HabitForge at any time, with or without notice.

We may update features included in the free or Pro tier. Acquired Pro features will remain accessible.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Paris, France.
