Terms of Use — FastBreak — Fasting Timer

1. Description of Service

FastBreak is an intermittent fasting timer application for iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS. The App provides tools to track fasting sessions, weight, and related statistics.

2. Health Disclaimer

FastBreak is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. The fasting zones displayed in the App (Fed, Fat Burning, Ketosis, Deep Ketosis) are approximate and based on general scientific literature. Individual results may vary significantly.

Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any fasting program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are underweight, or have a history of eating disorders.

FastBreak is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

3. In-App Purchases

FastBreak offers an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("FastBreak Pro") that unlocks additional features. This purchase is permanent and does not expire or renew. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in FastBreak are the property of Alex Masure. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

FastBreak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to health-related outcomes from fasting practices.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
