These terms of use govern your use of the Darts Tracker application developed by Alex Masure.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Darts Tracker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Darts Tracker is a scoring and statistics application for darts players. It allows you to score games (501, 301, Cricket), track progression statistics and practice with dedicated training modes.
3. Account and Data
The App does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud if you enable this feature.
You are responsible for backing up your data. Deleting the App will result in the loss of local data.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time purchase 'Darts Tracker Pro' at $3.99 USD (price may vary by region). This purchase is final, non-refundable except as provided by Apple's policies, and permanently unlocks all Pro features.
Purchases are managed by Apple through the App Store. Refer to Apple's terms for refund policies.
5. Advertising
The free version displays ads provided by Google AdMob. The Pro purchase removes all advertisements.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code and content are the property of Alex Masure. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors or interruptions. In no event shall we be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
