Terms of Use — BetLog — Bet Tracker & Stats

1. Description of Service

BetLog is a personal sports betting tracking and analytics tool. The Application allows users to manually log their bets, scan tickets via OCR, track their performance (ROI, win rate, profit/loss), and manage their bankroll.

BetLog does NOT facilitate, encourage, or enable the placing of bets. The Application does not connect to any bookmaker, does not provide odds, does not accept wagers, and does not process any financial transactions related to betting.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use this Application. By using BetLog, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding sports betting in your jurisdiction. BetLog does not verify the legality of sports betting in your region.

3. In-App Purchase

BetLog offers a free version with limited features and a Pro version unlocked through a single non-consumable in-app purchase. The Pro purchase is final and non-refundable, except as provided by Apple's refund policy.

The price of the Pro purchase is displayed in the Application and may vary by region. All prices include applicable taxes.

4. Data and Privacy

All data is stored locally on your device. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

You are responsible for backing up your data. In the event of device loss, theft, or reset, your data can only be recovered if iCloud Sync was enabled.

5. Responsible Gambling

BetLog is a tracking tool, not a gambling incentive tool. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please contact the help resources available in your country.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, its design, source code, icons, and content are the exclusive property of Alex Masure and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

BetLog is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user.

The OCR scanning feature provides approximate results. The user is responsible for verifying and correcting extracted information before saving.

Statistics and analyses provided by the Application are based on user-entered data and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial or betting advice.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstallation will delete all locally stored data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the Application shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
