Terms of Use — AutoLog — Car Maintenance

1. Use of the App

AutoLog is a vehicle maintenance tracking application. It is provided "as is" for personal tracking purposes.

Pre-configured maintenance intervals are standard estimates. Always check your vehicle's owner's manual for exact manufacturer-recommended service intervals.

2. Account and Data

The App does not require a user account. All data is stored locally on your device with optional iCloud synchronization.

You are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend enabling iCloud sync to prevent data loss.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("AutoLog Pro") that unlocks additional features. This purchase is non-consumable and permanent — there is no subscription.

All purchases are processed by Apple under Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is a personal tracking tool. It does not replace your vehicle manufacturer's recommendations or the advice of a professional mechanic.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the App, including but not limited to: missed maintenance, incorrect data, or data loss.

Maintenance reminders are estimates based on the data you enter. Their accuracy depends on the accuracy of the information you provide.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of French courts.
